Respected industry veteran brings leadership and expertise to growing client base
Maitland, FL (April 21, 2026) - Ellis & Associates, Inc. (E&A), the world leader in aquatic safety since 1983, continues to expand, welcoming respected industry veteran and popular International Aquatic Safety School faculty member Frank Perez to the fulltime E&A team. Frank joins as Client Manager and has already hit the deck visiting more than a dozen water parks to assist with pre-opening preparations and inspections.
Frank’s extensive experience spans more than four decades, including roles at Noah's Ark Waterpark and NRH2O Family Waterpark. At both venues, Frank demonstrated exceptional operational leadership and a passion for enhancing guest experiences. His work as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Certified Pool Operator (CPO), Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO), and Instructor Trainer for Ellis & Associates underscores his dedication to upholding the highest standards of safety and training.
In addition to his safety and aquatics credentials, Frank holds the International Certified Attractions Executive (ICAE) certification from the International Association of Amusement Parks & Attractions and was honored with the Al Turner Memorial Commitment to Excellence Award by the World Waterpark Association. He has contributed as faculty for the International Aquatic Safety School (IASS) for many years and is a respected speaker at industry conferences nationwide. Frank’s commitment to mentoring young professionals and fostering leadership within the water park industry has made a lasting impact on his colleagues and young professionals.
